Recently, in order to improve professional abilities of our employees of Liming Heavy Industry (Shanghai), to promote better understanding of technique knowledge comprehensively, the Human Resource Department combined with Training Department launched “Deep learning activities”. On 2^nd, Nov., the train which focus on crusher knowledge begun.

The train was hold by engineer Mr. Liu from R&D Department, with PPT, video etc show jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, sand making machine, mobile crushing station etc. including construction, wording principle, performance, technique advantage, market using condition, analyzed the overall condition of crushing products and R&D trends.

Mr. Liu gave vivid description of all products, explained in simple terms, analyzed characteristics and performance superiority of all types of crushing machines in detail. Through this training, all new employees better understood of product technique and working knowledge, have more clear impression of work and company, and do great help to work efficiency. In the mean time, some employee suggested they hope there will be more such train held in the future, with better knowledge and professional abilities; they will do well in the daily work.
