Recently customers come to inquire about the servicing requirement of empty-load and over-load of cone crusher, and we have consulted our relative technical personnel, the circumstance is as follow:

They are different when in empty-load and over-load, so we should prepare understanding and practicing the cone crusher.

The requirement of empty-load:

1. Start and stop in accordance with the set-up procedure, each chained system must fit for the technique requirement.

2. Whatever the moving cone run forward direction or counter direction, it should be under 15r/min.

3. The cone gear should not have the impacting and periodical noise.

4. The lubrication system is normal with the oil feeding pressure at 0.05-0.15Mpa and the oil return temperature below 50℃, while the loading machine should under 60℃.

5. The rated pressure of hydraulic pressure device should be locked tightly and the ore discharge should achieve its required size.

6. The normal running time should be no less than 2 hours until it reaches the requirement.

The requirement of over-load:

1. Checking the over-load when it is empty.

2. When it is over-load, the cone crusher should run 2 days with the short time of stopping. The feeding ore should add from few until it is full.

3. The place of feeding should be equipped properly with the uniform distribution of the ore in the cavity.

4. In the condition of no iron going beyond, the supporting sleeve should not move up and down, while it is under iron’s going, it can successfully eliminate.

5. When the cone crusher is working normally, sharp vibrating and abnormal noise should not appear.
