Below, we will explain in detail the configuration of a 200t/h pebble sand production line and its process flow, so that you can better understand the operation of this efficient production line.

I. Main Equipment Layout
Rough Crushing Stage
In the initial stage of pebble sand production line, the rough crushing equipment plays a crucial role. We recommend the jaw crusher, whose powerful crushing capacity and stable performance make it the first choice. The specific model can be PE750×1060, which has the features of large capacity and high crushing ratio, and is very suitable for processing pebbles with the maximum size of 630mm. Of course, if you pursue higher performance and efficiency, the high-performance 6X series European model is also a good choice. In this stage, the pebbles will be crushed to a particle size of less than 150mm, ready for the subsequent medium and fine crushing stage.
Medium and fine crushing stage
After coarse crushing, the pebbles enter the medium and fine crushing stage. We recommend the use of a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher such as the HPT300 or the larger 1650 model. These models have the advantages of high crushing efficiency, uniform finished product size, and long service life of wear parts. In the medium and fine crushing stage, the material will be further crushed to less than 40mm, laying the foundation for the subsequent sand molding stage.

Sand making and molding stage
The sand making and molding stage is the core part of pebble sand production line. We recommend the use of Vertical Shaft Impact Sand Making Machine (such as 5X, VS6X1040 models), these models have high crushing efficiency, uniformity of the finished sand grain size, beautiful grain shape and other characteristics. When precise control of particle size is required, rod mill can also be chosen as sand making and shaping equipment. At this stage, aggregates ≤40mm will be transformed into fine sand of 0-5mm to meet the needs of various building materials.
Auxiliary Components
In addition to the main equipment mentioned above, the pebble sand production line also needs a series of auxiliary components to ensure the smooth running of production. These include vibrating screens (such as S3YA2460 triple deck or S23060 double deck for material classification), sand washers and fine sand recyclers (to improve the quality of the finished product), as well as belt conveyor systems and silo adjustment systems. The synergy of these components makes the whole production line more efficient and stable.

Pre-screening energy saving
In order to improve the production efficiency and save energy, we adopt the technology of “screening before breaking”. Under this technology, raw materials ≤58mm will directly enter the sand making process, avoiding unnecessary energy consumption and wear and tear. This design not only improves production efficiency, but also reduces production costs.
Circular Crushing Technology
In order to ensure that the particle size is up to standard, we have adopted the circular crushing technology. During the crushing process, materials not meeting the standard will be automatically returned to the previous crushing plant for re-crushing. This technology ensures the uniformity of the finished product and improves the quality of the product.

Optimized particle size
Cone Crusher adopts the principle of laminar crushing, which makes the material subject to uniform pressure distribution during the crushing process, thus effectively reducing the proportion of needle flake particles. The optimized particle size not only improves the quality of the finished product, but also enhances its application in construction materials.
Environmental protection design
In today's environmentally conscious society, we pay special attention to the environmental protection design of the production line. Sand washing wastewater is processed through a fine sand recycling device to ensure that the wastewater in the production process is fully utilized and emissions are reduced. In addition, the whole production line is equipped with dust removal equipment to minimize the impact of dust pollution on the environment and employees' health.
