Feeding: The materials to be crushed (such as construction waste, asphalt, rock, etc.) enter the crushing chamber through the feed port.
Crushing: A pair of jaw plates are provided in the crushing chamber, one of which is a fixed jaw plate and the other is a movable jaw plate. The movable jaw plate performs periodic reciprocating motion under the drive of the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw plate approaches the fixed jaw plate, the material is clamped between the two jaw plates and subjected to extrusion, impact and friction, thereby being crushed.
Discharging: The crushed material is discharged from the lower part of the crushing chamber to reach the required particle size.
Jaw plate: The jaw plate is the core component of the crushing chamber and is responsible for crushing the material. The fixed jaw plate is fixed and the movable jaw plate performs reciprocating motion under the drive of the eccentric shaft.
