The working principle of QH332 Cone Crusher is closely centred on the core mechanism of the cone crusher, i.e. through the rotating cone and its internal crushing chamber, combined with the squeezing, impacting and grinding effects of the moving cone, the material is efficiently crushed to the required size.
During operation, the material first enters the crushing chamber of the crusher through the feed opening. This inlet is cleverly designed at the top of the crushing chamber, which facilitates the smooth feeding of materials through the feed hopper or vibrating feeder.
With the start of the motor, the moving cone of the QH332 Cone Crusher begins to rotate. Driven precisely by the eccentric shaft, the moving cone moves in a yawning motion along the surface of the stationary cone. During this process, the moving cone is sometimes close to the fixed cone and sometimes moderately away, creating a dynamic crushing environment.
When the moving cone is close to the fixed cone, the material is tightly squeezed between the two, and at the same time is subjected to the strong impact and grinding effect of the moving cone, so as to effectively realise the crushing. This crushing process continues in the annular crushing chamber formed by the moving cone and the fixed cone, where the material undergoes continuous squeezing, impacting and bending until it reaches the required particle size.
After the crushing process is completed, the material is discharged through the discharge opening at the bottom of the crushing chamber. The design of this outlet is very flexible and its size can be adjusted according to the actual needs to ensure that the size of the crushed material meets the specific requirements. When the moving cone leaves the fixed cone, the crushed material is naturally discharged from the discharge opening at the bottom of the cone under the effect of gravity, completing the whole crushing process.
