The working principle of QH332 Cone Crusher is closely centred on the core mechanism of the cone crusher, i.e. through the rotating cone and its internal crushing chamber, combined with the squeezing, impacting and grinding effects of the moving cone, the material is efficiently crushed to the required size.
During operation, the material first enters the crushing chamber of the crusher through the feed opening. This inlet is cleverly designed at the top of the crushing chamber, which facilitates the smooth feeding of materials through the feed hopper or vibrating feeder.
With the start of the motor, the moving cone of the QH332 Cone Crusher begins to rotate. Driven precisely by the eccentric shaft, the moving cone moves in a yawning motion along the surface of the stationary cone.
