1,raw material preparation
Limestone is the main raw material for cement production, and about 1.3 tons of limestone is produced per ton of clinker. More than 80% of raw material is limestone. Most of the plants are located near limestone quarries to minimize transportation costs.

2,raw material grinding
In this stage, a vertical mill and a ball mill were used. The former was crushed by the pressure of the drum, and the latter was milled by the steel ball. Dust collector for kiln tail bag is used for collecting and arranging raw meal of waste gas from kiln tail and raw material mill. The exhaust fan of the kiln tail bag dust collector is used for the arrangement of waste gas disposal in the kiln tail and raw material grinding system. After the dust is collected in the kiln tail bag, the working air temperature is normal: the limit temperature of 80~150 DEG C is 200 degrees centigrade. The kiln tail high temperature fan is used to draw out the preheater waste gas, and the fan blade needs to be made of high quality wear resistant material to ensure the rotor blade has a longer service life. The raw material mill for grinding materials circulation fan, ventilation system arrangement, air temperature: 90~100 degrees normal working temperature limit (short time):250 C fan blades made of high-quality wear-resistant materials to ensure that the rotor blades have long service life.
3,clinker firing
Major equipment: storage bucket elevator, for raw material storage (outdoor with head maintenance platform). Into the kiln bucket elevator, for the raw material into the preheater (outdoor with head maintenance platform). There are rotary kiln, grate cooler, grate cooler cooling fan, kiln head electrostatic precipitator, kiln head electric dust exhaust fan, clinker chain bucket conveyor.
4,cement grinding
Main equipment: cement mill; roll press, for cement extrusion grinding equipment; roller press with V-type separator; V election system circulation fan; 0-SEPA separator; cement tail bag dust collector ; Cement mill tail bag dust collector exhaust pipe used for cement grinding tail dust; coal mill; coal mill separator; coal bag filter dust collector.
