Construction waste processed into recycled mobile crushing station

The mobile crushing station and the stone production line can turn the construction waste into re-processable aggregate. With the mobile brick machine, the construction waste can be turned into bricks in the field, and even some construction waste can be processed through the stone line. The sand used in the construction meets the stones and stones used for pavement construction.

The main use of construction waste: the effective recycling of construction waste is increasingly valued by the government and the society. With a customized crushing and grinding production line, more than 95% of construction waste can be reused as raw materials for various building materials. Great economic value and social environmental value.

(1) Manufacture of concrete recycled aggregate; crushing abandoned masonry, cement concrete, etc. into recycled aggregate, which can replace ordinary sand and gravel for road subgrade construction or concrete preparation.

(2) Manufacture of recycled and unburned bricks; after the broken bricks are crushed and ground, 150# and 175# bricks complying with the requirements of GB5101-85 “Sintered Common Brick Standards” can be obtained, and the burning and steaming processes can be saved.

(3) Regeneration and fire-free masonry cement; waste brick powder is ground and does not require a firing process, and 175#, 275# masonry cement conforming to GB/T3183 standard can be obtained. (4) Other new building materials products; after construction, the construction waste can be made into new wall material products such as concrete standard bricks and concrete porous bricks, as well as concrete paving brick products such as pavement bricks, permeable bricks and roadside stones.

(5) Landfill piles; construction wastes with no recycling value can also be used as backfill materials to build landscape rock gardens after crushing.
