The preparing work before operate Mobile Jaw plant
1. Operation should obey the rule of electromotor working principle.
2. Check whether every part lubrication situation is well and add proper grease.
3. Check the fixed part situation.
4. Check belt conveyor and V shape belt tightness is well.
5. Check whether the cleaner of belt conveyor is close to earth surface and whether there is other stone particle with removing if there is.
6. Check whether the belt conveyor jointer is well with changing if necessary.
7. Check and eliminate the aggregate and sundries of coarse, medium and fineness crusher, belt conveyor, vibrating screen and vibrating feeder.
8. Check the wear situation of jaw crusher, cone crusher, hammer crusher, impact crusher, roller crusher stone breaking plate, scale board, impacting plate, hammer, etc. and change when necessary.
9. Adjust jaw crusher, cone crusher and roller crusher’s interval of discharging hole.
10. Check the wear situation of sieve plate and change sieve plate according to finished product size.
11. Check whether the supply voltage is normal and the electric accessory is well.
12. Check whether the security and safeguard equipment is complete.
13. Start each motor one by one and keep idling as well as check whether the whole system is under normal running.
