2. Because of the mining conditions of coal dust, ash, moisture content is more, lubricating oil to avoid pollution by these impurities, so the lubricating oil are required to have good rust and corrosion resistance, demulsification performance; For lubricating oil when polluted, its performance is not too big change, the sensitivity for the pollution.
3. The open pit mine machinery summer and winter temperature change is very big, some areas also big temperature gap between day and night, so the lubricating oil viscosity with temperature changes, both to avoid in high temperature, oil viscosity too low, so can’t form the lubrication film, don’t wake the lubrication effect, and to avoid the low temperature viscosity is too high, so that the starting, operation difficult.
4. For some mining machinery, particularly in prone to fire and explosion accident of mine used in some of the machinery, requires the use of lubricant with good sex of flame resistant (flame resistant liquid), cannot use the combustible mineral oil.
5. Request lubricant adaptability to seal better, so as not to seal damage.
