Granite stone crushing production line

For granite crushing production line: 30-50tph, 50-80tph, 80-120tph, 120-200tph, 200-300tph, 300-400tph, and 400-500tph. Here we recommend three suggestions:

(1) Vibrating feeder + original jaw crusher and impact crusher + vibrating screen and belt conveyor system + control system

(2) Vibrating feeder + original jaw crusher and jaw crusher + fineness impact crusher (optional) + vibrating screen + belt conveyor system + control system

(3) Vibrating feeder + primary jaw crusher and cone crusher + composite crusher (optional) + vibrating screen + belt conveyor system + control system

The main difference in these suggestions is the secondary crusher: adopt impact crusher (hammer crushing principle), or use the fine jaw crusher (plate pressure principle), or composite cone crusher (plate pressure principle).

 

A crushing production line is usually determined by several factors:

(1) The raw material was crushed.

(2)Hardness, percentage of silicon, moisture percentage of raw material.

(3) The average size of raw materials enter into crushing system.

(4) Required product size, proportion and their usage.

(5) The load per hour of crushing production line.

 

If the local market has not stone shape requirements, users prefer to use fine jaw crusher, or composite crusher as a secondary cone crusher. As the high hardness stone, fast wearing parts and crushing fineness, the cost of cone crusher is lower than impact crusher. Because the work principle of jaw crusher and composite cone crusher is plate pressure, therefore the percentage of stone formation sheet, internal cracks is high.

 

Impact crusher has crushing and shaping functions, can primary form good cubic shape. The stone is mainly used for road, water conservancy, airports, civil construction and so on. The market price of stone crushed by impact crusher is higher than fine jaw crusher or composite cone crusher; impact crusher wear parts costs are high.

 

If the market demands stone shapes and the users want to reduce the cost of quick wear parts. Here, we recommend that using primary jaw crusher and jaw crusher + fineness/composite crusher as the primary and secondary crusher. This proposal has been adopted by many users, and proved to be feasible.
