The introduction of VSI cone crusher has solved two common problems in quarry field. A shortage of natural sand lead the quarry owner to seek a machine can produce fine sand. Also, the construction market demand for better aggregate shape.
Solution
After consultation with Mineral’s engineer, they would like to add a VSI in the existing plant. This machine will carry the material from the existing plant of (20-40mm) and reduce it to 0-5mm; 5-10mm; 10-20mm.
The B-VSI is designed to produce very good particle shape and a high preparation of fines. After commissioning, the capacity of up to 150TPH easily, which exactly meet the quarry owner’s initial plan.

A quarry operator in the UAE needed to expand their crushing and screening plant in order to cope with an increase in chip and sand demand from the market.
Material is granite. They already have one primary and a secondary crusher. Material comes out from the impact above 20mm. the secondary crusher was being operated at very tight settings, but still was unable to cope with the fines requirements. Final products they required is 0-5mm; 5-10mm; 10-20mm (total 3 products).
