2. In the process of ceramic ball mill operation, main bearing lubricating oil temperature is not more than 55 ℃, drive bearing and the rise of temperature of the reducer is not more than 55 ℃, the highest do not exceed 60 ℃. Liming heavy industry to alert users, lubricating oil used in the machine shall all be released after a month, thoroughly clean, replace the new lubricating oil. In addition, all lubricating points lubrication condition and check the oil level height at least every 4 hours at a time.
3. Remove sundries in the ceramic ball mill, on a regular basis after the chain in order to avoid making motor overload, damage to the motor and reducer. Also check whether ceramic ball mill, roller chain and sprocket excessive wear. Check all the fastening bolt coupling degree, if found loose should tighten in a timely manner.
4. The lining is wear 70% or 70 mm long crack should be replaced; The main bearing severe wear should be replaced immediately; Ensure that large and small gear transmission is smooth, no abnormal noise, should timely adjust the clearance when necessary.
5. Steel ball shall be added in accordance with the wear, if found abnormal condition should immediately stop grinding repair.
