Aggregate crushing and grinding plants
Our aggregate crushing and grinding plants include a vibrating feeder, a jaw crusher, an impact crusher, a vibrating screen, a belt conveyor and a central electric-controlled system. The capacity is 50t/hr to 500t/hr. To meet customers' specific requirements, we can also add other equipment such as cone crushers and dust catchers to the production line.
Impact crushing jaw crushers
Impactors are characterised by a high-reduction ratio and cubically shaped products. The feed material, usually supplied from a primary jaw crusher, is crushed by highly intensive impacts originating as rocks come into contact with fast-revoluting hammers.
Innovations make maintenance safer
To make maintenance safer and easier, the impact crusher has a new 2-part rear frame that combines safety with easy, wide access. The operator can choose which way to open the frame depending on the point that needs to be accessed.
The removable breaker plate cassette on the impact crusher ensures breaker plate liners can be changed safely. A spare cassette can be prepared in advance to further ease and speed up the changing of the liners.
