When the frame plate, back plate, plate hammer after wear parts, need to change, or need to eliminate the machine, the ratchet device after the opening and closing cover, replacement and maintenance.
1. Open
After opening cover before, should first twist lock nut and bolt, and then cover the lower arm block. When open, need to 2 people at the same time operating, flipping the ratchet device, on the cover slowly open. Nowadays when open approaches the terminal end block should advance cant touch the lower arm, to ensure the secure.
2. Shut down
After complete the replacement or repair, rotating in the small handle on the ratchet mechanism between 2 people operating at the same time, can slowly turned off on the cover. After close the cover before, shut off the surface needs to be cleaned completely.
Lubrication:
1. Always pay attention to and timely to do a good job of the friction surface lubrication.
2. The machine is adopted by the lubricating oil, should be used according to the crusher machine, the temperature condition to decide, such as general calcium – sodium base oil can be used.
3. Every work eight hours after the bearing inner filling lubricating oil once every three months to replace a grease, oil change when the application of clean gasoline or kerosene cleaning bearing carefully, to join the grease inside the bearing 50% of the volume.
