The possible reason is
1)The discharge opening of the jaw crusher was blocked, resulting in blocking material filled;
2)The V-belt loose,causing belt slippage;
3the adapter bush of eccentric shaft loose, causing the bearing in both sides of the rack without gaps, so that the eccentric shaft was stuck and can not rotate;
4) The voltage is too low so that the host is unable to crush the stones when the bulk materials are inputted;
5) bearing damage.

The way to resolve the problem
1) remove the blockage in the discharge opening to ensure a smooth discharge;
2) tighten or replace the V-belt;
3) to re-install or replace the adapter sleeve;
4) adjusting the voltage of the workplace to conform to the host operating voltage requirements;
5) Replace bearings.
