The horizontal deviation of the conveyor belt is the common problem. According to the position and the extent of the deviation We can adjust the spherical roller, upper roller and lower roller to ensure the belt's smooth transportation.

1. Spherical Roller adjustment:
For the sharp deviation of the belt after the rear wheel, adjusting the spherical roller can achieved the rapid aligning.

2. Roller adjustment:
Moving the upper roller or lower roller can achieve the aligning too.
When adjusting the belt conveyor rollers to skew, enable the center line of roller axis and the belt is not equal to angle 90 °, then the belt will do lateral movement.
